Exchange your product:
Need a different size or received a damaged product? No problem! We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date you receive your order.
You can easily initiate an exchange by submitting a request through our contact form.
Items must be sent in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Items that fail the quality check will not be eligible for a refund.
What’s Not Eligible for Exchange:
Any order that has already been exchanged once.
Orders placed using discount coupons or on sale and promotional offers.
Important Notes:
Minor variations in color may occur between the product and website images due to screen resolution differences. Hence, exchanging the product solely based on this reason is not recommended.
You will need to self-ship the item to our address provided below. Any delivery fee will be applicable on the customer.
